Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how wet-dreams.io("Company", "we", "us"), operator of Wet Dreams (the "Service"), collects, uses, discloses, and protects information when you use our website and Telegram Mini App. It should be read together with our Terms of Service. By using the Service you agree to the practices described here.

We collect the following categories of information:

• Account information: email address, username, avatar, and, if you sign in with Google or Telegram, the identifier, display name, and profile photo those providers share with us.
• Payment information: your subscription plan, token balance, and transaction history. Card payments are processed by Stripe and Telegram Stars payments by Telegram; we receive confirmation of payment but not your full card number.
• Content you provide: the companion-creation answers, chat messages, prompts, and gift selections you send to a Companion, and the AI-generated text, images, and video produced in response.
• Usage and device data: IP address, approximate location derived from IP, browser and device type, language, pages visited, and similar diagnostic/log data collected automatically.
• Communications: messages you send to support, and any information you provide when reporting an issue.

Because the Service allows adult roleplay conversations, the messages you send to a Companion may reveal information about your sexual interests or preferences. In some jurisdictions (for example, under Article 9 of the EU General Data Protection Regulation), this can qualify as a "special category" of personal data.

We only process this information because it is inherent to operating the chat and media generation features you have explicitly chosen to use, after confirming you are an adult and accepting our Terms — which we treat as your explicit consent to this processing. We do not use this information for advertising, profiling for marketing purposes, or share it with data brokers, and we do not sell it.

• To operate the Service: create your account, run conversations, remember Companion context, and generate images/video you request.
• To process payments, maintain your token balance and subscription status, and prevent fraudulent transactions.
• To enforce our Terms, including detecting and blocking prohibited content described in the Terms (in particular content involving minors or non-consenting real people).
• To communicate with you about your account, transactions, security notices, and — where you have not opted out — product updates.
• To maintain the security, stability, and safety-moderation systems of the Service.
• To comply with legal obligations and respond to lawful requests from authorities.

We do not use your private chats or generated media to publish public-facing marketing content in a way that identifies you.

To provide chat responses and AI-generated media, your messages and generation requests are processed by third-party infrastructure acting on our behalf, under contractual confidentiality and data-processing terms, including:

• Large-language-model API providers, to generate Companion text responses.
• Image- and video-generation infrastructure providers, to render AI photos and videos.
• Cloud object-storage providers, to host generated media files.
• Transactional email providers, to send login codes and account notices.
• Payment processors (Stripe, Telegram), to process purchases.

These providers may process data outside your country of residence. We only share the information each provider needs to perform its specific function.

We use a small number of essential cookies and browser storage entries: an authentication token to keep you signed in, and a language-preference cookie to remember your chosen locale. We do not currently use third-party advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. If this changes, we will update this Policy accordingly.

We retain account and conversation data for as long as your account is active, and for a limited period afterward as needed for fraud prevention, dispute resolution, and legal compliance. When you delete your account from Settings, we delete or anonymize your personal data and generated media within a reasonable period, except where we are required or permitted by law to retain specific records for longer (for example, payment records for tax purposes, or reports related to prohibited content).

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you;
• Correct inaccurate data (you can edit your username and email directly in Settings);
• Delete your account and associated personal data (available directly in Settings, under Delete Account);
• Obtain a copy of your data in a portable format;
• Object to, or request that we restrict, certain processing;
• Withdraw consent at any time, which you can do by deleting your account.

To exercise a right that is not available directly in the product, contact us at privacy@wet-dreams.io. If you are a California resident, you have the right to know what personal information we collect and to request its deletion; we do not sell personal information as defined by applicable law.

We use industry-standard safeguards, including encryption of data in transit (TLS), hashing of one-time login codes, and access controls that limit which systems and personnel can access personal data. No system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security, but we work to protect your information and to respond quickly to any incident.

We and our service providers may store and process your information in countries other than your own, including countries that may have different data-protection laws. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards, such as standard contractual clauses, to protect information transferred internationally.

The Service is strictly for adults and is not directed at, and must not be used by, anyone under 18 (or the age of majority in their jurisdiction, if higher). We do not knowingly collect personal data from minors. If we become aware that we have collected data from a minor, we will delete the account and associated data promptly and, where required by law, report the matter to the appropriate authority.

We do not sell your personal information. We only share it with:

• The service providers described in Section 5, solely to operate the Service;
• Law enforcement or regulators, where we are legally required to do so, or to protect the safety of any person, including reporting content involving minors as described in our Terms;
• A successor entity in the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, subject to that entity honoring this Policy for previously collected data.

We may update this Policy from time to time. Material changes will be highlighted in-app or by email where feasible. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the latest revision.
