Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") form a binding agreement between you and wet-dreams.io ("Company", "we", "us"), the operator of the Wet Dreams website, Telegram Mini App, and related services (together, the "Service"). By creating an account, opening the Telegram Mini App, or otherwise using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

We may update these Terms from time to time as described in Section 15. Continued use of the Service after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

The Service contains fictional adult material, including sexually explicit AI-generated text and imagery. It is intended exclusively for adults. By using the Service you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your country of residence if that age is higher, and that accessing sexually explicit material is lawful where you live and where you use the Service.

We use an age-confirmation step before granting access, but this is a self-declaration and is not, by itself, a substitute for your own diligence. Accessing the Service using false information about your age is a violation of these Terms and may be reported where required by law.

Wet Dreams lets you create and chat with AI companions ("Companions"). Companions respond using large language models and can, depending on your settings, subscription tier, and the conversation itself, generate AI images and AI video of themselves. Some of that media may be sexually explicit ("NSFW"). NSFW generation is only available to users who have confirmed they are an adult and have not opted out of it.

Chats, images, and videos are generated automatically by AI models in response to your messages and interactions (including gifts you send). Output can be unpredictable, may contain mistakes, and should not be relied on as factual, medical, legal, financial, or psychological advice of any kind. The Service is for entertainment purposes only and is not a substitute for professional advice, therapy, or a real relationship.

Every Companion, whether pre-built or created through our companion creator, is a synthetic, AI-generated fictional character. No Companion depicts, represents, or is derived from a specific real, identifiable, living or deceased person. Any resemblance between a Companion and any real person is unintended and coincidental. Companion profiles, backstories, photos, and videos are computer-generated and do not depict real events.

You may not use the companion creator, chat prompts, gifts, or any other feature of the Service to attempt to generate a Companion, image, or video that depicts, names, impersonates, or is reasonably identifiable as a specific real person (including yourself, a public figure, or any third party) without that person's explicit written consent. We may use automated and manual review to detect and block such attempts.

We have a strict, zero-tolerance policy against any content, in any form — text, image, or video — that sexualizes or depicts a minor, or a Companion appearing to be a minor, regardless of whether the character is fictional or AI-generated. This applies to every Companion on the Service: all Companions are designed and enforced to represent adults only.

• You must never attempt to make a Companion appear underage (through prompts, wording, styling, or otherwise), and you must never request, generate, upload, or share any sexualized content involving minors.
• We use automated filters and human moderation to detect and block such attempts, and we permanently ban accounts that violate this policy.
• Where required by law, we report violations, associated account data, and relevant content to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) or the equivalent authority in the applicable jurisdiction, and to law enforcement.

This is the single most important rule on the Service. It is not eligible for appeal or exception.

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Generate, upload, or request content depicting a real, identifiable person (deepfakes or otherwise) without their explicit consent, including intimate or sexual depictions of any real person;
• Generate or request non-consensual sexual content, content depicting sexual violence presented as endorsed or desirable, bestiality, or content that is otherwise illegal in your jurisdiction or ours;
• Post, transmit, or generate content that is defamatory, harassing, hateful, discriminatory, or that incites violence against a person or group;
• Impersonate any person or entity, or misrepresent your identity or affiliation;
• Circumvent, disable, or attempt to bypass age verification, content filters, payment systems, rate limits, or moderation systems;
• Scrape, reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the underlying models, prompts, weights, or source code that power the Service;
• Resell, sublicense, or provide third-party access to your account, purchased tokens, or the Service's AI generation capability, or use it to build a competing product;
• Use bots, scripts, or automation to create accounts, mass-message, or abuse the referral, gifting, or reward systems;
• Upload malware, attempt unauthorized access to our systems, or interfere with the Service's normal operation.

Violation of this section may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account without a refund of any unused tokens or subscription time, in addition to any other remedies available to us.

You may register using an email one-time code, a Google account, or Telegram. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials and access to your email/Google/Telegram account secure, and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.

You may delete your account at any time from Settings. Deleting your account removes your profile and forfeits any remaining tokens or active subscription benefits without refund, except as required by applicable law.

The Service uses an in-app virtual currency ("tokens") and optional paid subscriptions to unlock features such as AI-generated photos and videos, gifts, and companion creation.

• Tokens have no monetary value, cannot be redeemed for cash, are non-transferable between accounts, and are forfeited if your account is closed or terminated for a Terms violation.
• Subscriptionsrenew automatically for successive billing periods until you cancel. You can cancel anytime from Settings or, for Telegram Stars purchases, from Telegram's payment settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period and you keep access until then.
• We accept payment via card processors (Stripe) and Telegram Stars. Card payment information is handled directly by our payment processor under its own terms — we never see or store your full card number.
• Prices, included features, and promotional discounts may change; we will not change the price of a subscription you are already on mid-cycle without notice.
• Refunds: because tokens and subscription access are digital content delivered immediately on purchase, purchases are final and non-refundable except where required by law. If you are a consumer in the EU/EEA or UK, by requesting immediate access to digital content you expressly consent to immediate performance and acknowledge that you lose your statutory right of withdrawal for that content once its delivery has begun, to the extent permitted by applicable consumer-protection law.

The Service, including its software, models, Companion designs, branding, and underlying technology, is owned by the Company and its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of that technology to you.

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to view and privately use text, images, and videos generated for you through the Service, for your own personal, non-commercial enjoyment. You may not publicly redistribute, sell, sublicense, or use generated content in advertising or any commercial context.

You retain ownership of the prompts, messages, and other input you submit ("Inputs"). By submitting Inputs, you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free license to process, store, and use them to operate, provide, personalize, and improve the Service, including the underlying AI systems, subject to our Privacy Policy. You represent that you have the right to submit your Inputs and that they do not infringe any third party's rights.

We use a combination of automated systems and human review to monitor for content that violates these Terms. We may, at our discretion and without prior notice, remove content, restrict features, suspend, or permanently terminate accounts that violate these Terms, without a refund of any unused tokens or subscription time where the violation is attributable to you.

THE SERVICE, INCLUDING ALL AI-GENERATED TEXT, IMAGES, AND VIDEO, IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE", WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, OR THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ACCURATE, OR ERROR-FREE. AI OUTPUT MAY BE INCONSISTENT, UNEXPECTED, OR OCCASIONALLY INAPPROPRIATE DESPITE OUR MODERATION EFFORTS; YOU USE THE SERVICE AT YOUR OWN DISCRETION.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE COMPANY AND ITS OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AND SUPPLIERS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, REVENUE, OR PROFITS, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATING TO THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE THREE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM. NOTHING IN THESE TERMS LIMITS LIABILITY THAT CANNOT BE LIMITED UNDER APPLICABLE LAW.

You agree to indemnify and hold the Company harmless from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your violation of these Terms or your misuse of the Service, including any content you submit or attempt to generate in violation of Sections 5 or 6.

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access immediately, with or without notice, if you violate these Terms, if required by law, or if we discontinue the Service. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including Sections 8–13 and 16) will survive.

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time. We may update these Terms to reflect changes to the Service or applicable law; material changes will be notified in-app or by email where feasible. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the latest revision.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Republic of Malta, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles, except to the extent mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence apply. Any dispute that cannot be resolved informally will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Republic of Malta, unless applicable law grants you the right to bring a claim in your local courts.
